Add Deposit Attachment Upload and Submission APIs

[API] Upload deposit attachment file

Introduced a new endpoint to upload deposit attachment materials. Developers can use this endpoint to securely upload compliance review documents to the server and obtain a unique fileId for subsequent submission steps.

[API] Submit personal deposit attachment

Introduced a new endpoint to submit personal deposit attachments. This is used to supplement compliance review materials for inbound transactions of individual entities.

• You must first call the attachment upload endpoint to obtain a fileId, and then pass this ID into the corresponding material name field for submission.

[API] Submit business deposit attachment

Introduced a new endpoint to submit business deposit attachments. This is used to supplement business documents and proof materials required for compliance reviews of inbound transactions for business entities.
