Business KYC Compliance Validation Update

Added prohibited country validation to POST /open-api/v1/entities/business-kyc, POST /open-api/v1/entities/business-kyc-v2, POST /open-api/v1/entities/business-kyc/resubmit-business, POST /open-api/v1/entities/business-kyc/resubmit-person, and POST /open-api/v1/entities/business-kyc/add-person. If any country is configured with level prohibited in the risk_country_level dictionary, the system returns HTTP 400 with business code 1000300, and the message includes the matched country codes. Country codes are trimmed and converted to uppercase before matching, and empty fields are skipped.
Business KYC submission now allows only seven business types: private_limited_company, limited_liability_partnership, partnership, sole_proprietorship, listed_company, limited_liability_company, and unlimited_company. The selected business type must match the registration region. For public companies, only listed_company is accepted; values such as public_limited_company, company, trust, and other are rejected.
[API] Required Files and Person Validation
The required business KYC files are now determined by region, business type, and years of establishment. New document types include director registers, shareholder registers, the Singapore BizFile, and the UK CS01. Signers and UBOs must be at least 18 years old on the submission date; turning 18 on the submission date is considered passing.
Supported upload formats are now JPEG/PNG/JPG/WEBP/PDF/DOCX/XLSX; DOC/XLS formats are no longer supported. Upload requests must use multipart/form-data with a boundary in the Content-Type. fileName is now optional. Added new fileUseType values DIRECTOR_INFORMATION_DOCUMENT, SHAREHOLDER_INFORMATION_DOCUMENT, BIZ_FILE, and ANNUAL_AUDIT_FORM, along with upload error codes such as 1000106, 1000110, 1000111, and 1000113.
[Guides] Business KYC Guide Update
The Business Entity Onboarding and KYC Guide and the Business KYC Rejection and Resubmission Guide have been updated with prohibited country validation, business type whitelist, file matrix, 18-year age validation, upload rules, and error code details.
