Deprecate legacy business KYC and VA creation endpoints

As we have decoupled and upgraded the business entity verification and Virtual Account (VA) application workflows, the legacy business KYC submission endpoint will soon be deprecated. We request all developers to migrate to the new v2 endpoint as soon as possible to experience a more lightweight and flexible compliance submission workflow.
In alignment with the underlying architecture upgrade for the overall account opening process, the legacy business virtual account application endpoint will soon be deprecated. Please use the new v2 endpoint for all future business VA creation requests.
