[API] Get OTC Quota
This update officially introduces the OTC quota query endpoint. Developers can utilize this API to retrieve real-time data regarding the target account's Over-The-Counter (OTC) transaction limits, including the total limit, utilized quota, and remaining available quota.
- Proactive Risk Management: We strongly recommend integrating this endpoint as a pre-validation step before initiating any transfers involving fiat-to-crypto exchanges (such as
ca_2_cw). Verifying the remaining available quota beforehand helps effectively prevent order submission failures caused by exceeding transaction limits.
